What is the quality of the photographs I order?
Q: How do I order all the images of my player (Player CD)?
A: Player CDs are all of the images of one player (not including the posed
team photo). To order a player CD, add one photo to your shopping cart
under the "Player CD" option. Then add each additional image to the
shopping cart under the "Additional CD Image" option. Each additional CD
image will cost a penny because we cannot have an item for free on the site.
Q: How do I order photos?
A:
To order photos simply click on the “Find My
Photos” link and follow the on screen instructions to
find your event. Once you have found your event, you can preview
the numerous photos and find the ones you would like to order.
Then simply select your desired packages and you will be sent
to a secure site for checkout.
Q: How long does it take to get my photos after I order them?
A: Once an order is placed it can take 2-6 weeks to process and ship. Orders with specialty items (Mouse pads, Photo balls, Trading Cards) will take longer and may ship separately from photographs.
Q: How do I send a FREE Photo Card?
A:
Simply click on the “Find My Photos”
link and follow the on screen instructions to find your event.
Once you have found your event, you can preview the numerous
photos and at any time click on the link above the photo called
“e-mail photocard”.
Q: Will you come to my son/daughters event and take
some photos for me?
A:
Yes. By clicking on “Book An Event” you can submit
a simple form to have one of our many professional photographers
come to you. YSPN can provide you with Individual and Team
photos as well as Action photos of your event.
Q: Do I have to sign up or pay to view my Childs pictures?
A:
No. All of our photos are available for previewing
at no charge! Simply click on “Find Your Photos”
and follow the instructions to find your pictures. You can
even send a Photo Card to friends and family for FREE!

A: All our photos are processed by professional labs,
not photo printers, ensuring that the quality and longevity
