How do I order all the images of my player (Player CD)?
Q: How do I order all the images of my player (Player CD)?
A: The Player CD is all of the images of one player, from one event (not including any posed team photos). The best way to order the Player CD is to "star" the photos of your player. There is a star under the pictures when you are looking at thumbnails, or above the photos when viewing images large. Click the star for each picture your player is in.
Once you have all of your images starred, click on 1 image to make it large. With that image add it to your cart under the $75 Player CD option. It will then bring up a window that says "Multiple Photo Package", you want to choose the "choose each" option. That will then take you to another screen that should have all your stared images on it and under each picture it will say "not selected". Click on each picture so it says "selected." Once you have done that, click the button on the right that says "finish". It will then show a window that says "You can add more...", if you have selected all the pictures of just your player hit the finished button. It will then take you back to the ordering screen. If you are all done shopping and ready to check out, on the click the yellow "check out" button.

What is the quality of the photographs I order?
Q: Can I print from the digital file I purchage?
A: YES! When you purchase a Digital File, Player CD, or Team CD you can Print, Email etc. We will send a copyright release form with the CD.
Q: How do I order Action Posters?
A: Select your favorite photos for the poster by clicking the star under the photos you'd like to include on the poster. Then click one of the photos to enlarge it. Click on the “Large Prints” menu to the right and select the poster style you would like to purchase. Then, click “Add to Cart”. On the next screen you select from your favorites for each photo in the poster. You will NOT see the photos in the poster (don’t worry you will like it!). Select a "Border Hole" and then click on the image you would like in each posisiton. Click “Text"” and add the text options (note- hte custom text field can be used to add the event name or team name to the poster). Then click “Finish” to complete the poster and add it to your cart. When you are finished shopping, click “Checkout” to finalize your order. If we have any questions or problems we will contact you.
Q: How do I order photos?
A: To order photos simply click on the “Find Your Photos” link and follow the on screen instructions to find your event. Once you have found your event, you can preview the numerous photos and find the ones you would like to order. Simply select your desired products for each photo. You will then be sent to a secure site for checkout.
Q: How long does it take to get my photos after I order them?
A: Once an order is placed it can take 2-6 weeks to process and ship. Orders with specialty items (Mouse Pads, Photo Balls, Trading Cards) will take longer and may ship separately from photographs.
Q: How do I send a FREE Photo Card?
A: Simply click on the “Find My Photos” link and follow the on screen instructions to find your event. Once you have found your event, you can preview the numerous photos and at any time click on the link above the photo called “E-mail Photocard”.
Q: Will you come to my son/daughters event and take some photos for me?
A: Yes. By clicking on “Book YSPN” you can submit a simple form to have one of our many professional photographers come to you. YSPN can provide you with Individual and Team photos as well as Action photos of your event. A small fee may apply for Action Photos.
Q: Do I have to sign up or pay to view my Childs action pictures?
A: No. All of our action photos are available for previewing at no charge! Simply click on “Find Your Photos” and follow the instructions to find your pictures. You can even send a Photo Card to friends and family for FREE!
Q: What is the quality of the photographs I order?
A: All photos purchased online are processed by professional labs, not photo printers, ensuring your photos quality and longevity. With YSPN your satisfaction is guaranteed!
